Ruched from bust to hem.
Both sides are gathered in dense horizontal ruching from under the bust to the hem, drawing the dress close through the waist and over the hips. The front crosses over into a V that ends at the bottom of the bust, with long fitted sleeves and a hem that lands high on the thigh.
