One free size exchange, on us. Wrong size? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll ship the right size free — one free size exchange per order. Still not right? A second exchange is $10 for shipping, and you keep the original — nothing to send back.
You don't need to send it back. We ship from Asia, so returning a garment costs more than the garment is worth. Keep the original, pass it to a friend, or donate it.
Refunds. Changed your mind? Within 30 days of delivery, unworn (see the hygiene policy below), choose full-value store credit or a refund to your original payment method less an $8 processing fee. Refunds require the piece to be sent back to the return address we provide, and return shipping is yours to arrange — most customers take the store credit instead. Store credit never expires.
Hygiene policy. The bodysuits, slip dresses and the slip skirt ship with a hygiene liner in place. Liner intact: refund or exchange. Liner removed: final sale for hygiene reasons — but your free size exchange still stands. Everything else — the corset tops, skirts, trousers, legging, tights and cardigan — is unworn with the tags still attached.
How to start. Email hello@barehush.com with your order number and we'll reply within 1 business day. Please don't ship anything to the sender address on the parcel.
Damaged or wrong item. Send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it free, no return needed.
