Email is the whole system. Write to hello@barehush.com and a person will reply within 1 business day — usually sooner. No chatbots, no ticket queues.

About an order? Include your order number and we can sort it in one reply.

Not sure about size? Send your waist and hip measurements in inches and the piece you're looking at — we'll tell you straight which size to take. Or start with the Size Guide.

Exchange or return? Everything you need is on the Exchanges & Returns page — your first size exchange is free, and you won't need to ship the original back. A second exchange is $10 for shipping.

Ordering for an event? Email us the date first and we'll tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Press, wholesale, or partnerships? Same inbox — put the topic in the subject line and it will find the right person.
