One buckle does the waist.
A mock neck and long fitted sleeves keep it covered for colder evenings. At the waist the fabric passes through a pale gold buckle and gathers into radiating folds, then falls into an angled wrap front that opens below the knee. The high-stretch knit sits close from the shoulder to the hip.
