Bare shoulders, sheer waist.
A wide ruched band sits across the upper arms and chest, leaving the shoulders and collarbones bare. Below it the sleeves and the waist are sheer mesh with fine horizontal gathers, open at one side of the waist. From the hip the opaque high-stretch skirt drapes on an angle and falls to the floor.
